ELIGIBILITY: Must be a high school student interested in business and have completed at least one year of high school by June 11, 2010. Incoming high school freshman and college freshman are not eligible.

COST: There is a $250 registration fee, which covers room, meals and all materials. There is financial aid available to cover part or all of registration fee.

IMPORTANT: A $50 non-refundable deposit or qualifying financial aid form is required with this application. This deposit is part of the $250 registration fee. If applying for financial aid, please request and fill out that application as well - you can request this form at the bottom of this application. Please make checks payable to Junior Achievement. If student is not accepted to JA Business Week, the parent will be notified immediately and the check will not be deposited.

If student does not qualify for financial aid, the student will be notified immediately, and the application will not be processed until $50 deposit is submitted.

Deadline: Student Application and Financial Aid forms are due by Friday, May 21th by 5:00 PM MST
